Mike E. Gibbons

Prior to joining Graham Partners, Mr. Gibbons spent the majority of this career with Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., an international supplier of industrial gases, chemicals and related equipment with annual sales of $10 billion.
He most recently served as Global Asset Manager in the Performance Materials Division within Air Products' Chemical Group, where he led the identification and execution of activities to improve the return on assets at 11 plants in North America, Europe and Asia with a gross book value of over $600 million.
He has extensive experience leading supply chain improvements to reduce manufacturing lead times, inventory levels and supply chain costs.
Additionally, he is well versed in lean manufacturing processes.
Prior to this position, he served as Plant Manager at two separate plants, Manufacturing Controller and Financial Analyst.
Prior to Air Products & Chemicals, Mr. Gibbons worked at Public Service Electric and Gas as a Process and Project Engineer in the Salem, NJ, Nuclear Generating Plant.
Mr. Gibbons received his BSME from Manhattan College in New York and his MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
