Meredith Jolly Sain

Meredith Jolly Sain is a Vice President with over 12 years of capital markets and commercial banking experience.
Meredith is involved in the due diligence, underwriting and execution of new investments.
She is also responsible for monitoring several of Salem’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Salem, Meredith served in the Real Estate Structured Finance Group at Bank of America, assisting in the underwriting, securitization and asset management of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities issuances.
Prior to Bank of America, Meredith served as an analyst with the commercial markets team of RBC Centura.
Meredith graduated from Wake Forest University with a BS in Business.
