Max Vogt

Mr. Maximilian W.
Vogt is a Vice President of Research at Westchester Capital Management, Inc. (Nebraska).
He is responsible for researching and analyzing equity investments and is a member of Westchester’s Investment and Portfolio Management Committees.
Mr. Vogt worked as an international tax consultant with Ernst & Young’s German practice.
He graduated from Creighton University in Omaha with a dual Master’s degree: he holds an MIMFA (Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis) and an MBA.
He is a member of the international academic honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.
During his graduate studies, he was an active member of the accounting honor society Beta Alpha Psi, served as graduate student representative for Creighton’s Heider College of Business, and helped international scholars as an IRS-certified volunteer income tax assistant.
Mr. Vogt received his B.A.
in Business Studies with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Applied Sciences in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
He participated in the CFA Institute’s Global Investment Research Challenge (2014 regional winner Nebraska/Iowa).
He is a CFA Level II candidate.
