LaSalle Investment Management Securities LLC (LaSalle Securities) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. The firm is a subsidiary of LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. and their ultimate parent is Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (JLL) (NYSE: JLL). LaSalle Securities was founded in 1985 as Alex. Brown Realty Advisors, a subsidiary of the investment bank of Alex. Brown & Sons in Baltimore. LaSalle Partners acquired Alex. Brown Realty Advisors in 1994. In 1999, LaSalle Partners completed a merger with Jones Lang Wootton to form JLL. LaSalle Securities provides portfolio management services with respect to real estate securities to high-net worth and institutional clients.

LaSalle Investment Management Securities BV (LIMS) is the Netherlands-based subsidiary of LaSalle Fund Management BV, ultimately held by Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (NYSE: JLL) in the US. Established in 1998, LIMS is based in Amsterdam and houses LaSalle's European Real Estate Securities group, which manages real estate securities investments for pension funds, institutional and retail investors worldwide. LaSalle is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment which integrates environmental, social and governance issues into their investment analysis and decision-making processes.
