Martin Horne joined August Equity in 2004 and is responsible for developing and monitoring the strategy to create and realise value in the investment portfolio.
He has participated in the investment in Healthcare Homes Group, in the recapitalisations of Securistyle, Imagine Publishing and Planit and in the exits of Healthcare Homes, InterMed and Securistyle.
He is currently an observer on the board of The Logic Group.
Martin Horne is a Chartered Accountant and began his private equity career with the Phildrew Funds.
He holds an honours degree from Cardiff University, has an MBA from Cass Business School and is a Member of the Corporate Finance Faculty.
