Lord is a Senior Investment Director at Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd.
He is a founding Director of the Birmingham office, with more than 25 years’ experience of managing segregated investment portfolios.
During this time, he has specialized in building solid personal client relationships through several family generations and professional adviser partnerships.
Mr. Lord joined the trustee division of Lloyds Private Bank in Birmingham, where he looked after high-net-worth clients, before moving into private client investment management.
His previous career within trustee services has given him knowledge of trusts from trustee and investment manager perspectives.
His growing charity client base includes educational, religious orders, hospices, industry training councils, family and general purpose trusts.
He is supported by a team which has worked together for a decade to provide a bespoke service to clients and their professional advisers.
He has a BA degree in Economics.
Mr. Lord is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered FCSI).
He is also part-qualified towards the Trustee Diploma from Chartered Institute of Bankers.
