Mark O. Lama

Prior to Comvest, Mr. Lama was a Partner at Crossbow Ventures where he focused on portfolio development of Crossbow’s existing investments.
Previously he spent six years at UBS Capital Americas private equity group where he originated, led and managed private equity investments, primarily in the technology and communications sectors.
Prior to this he spent five years at Chase Capital Partners private equity group, where he worked on over 30 transactions, including leverage buyouts, growth equity, and venture capital investments, investing over $100 million in the Retail, Publishing, Financial Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors.
He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Colgate University.
Previous board positions include Accelerated Care Plus, Enable Corp, ScriptRx, FutureMatrix, and IFX Corp.
