Marc P. Bielitza

Prior to joining DPE, Marc was Chief Transformation Officer of HIT Holzindustrie Torgau, the world’s largest producer of Euro pallets.
In that role, he spearheaded the overall transformation program and led the maintenance and procurement departments.
Before that, Marc spent twelve years at McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner and a core leader of the global basic materials and operations practices.
He primarily served clients in metals, chemicals, energy, and discrete manufacturing, advising them on performance improvement and operational excellence.
Marc holds a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, with additional studies in Milan and Strasbourg.
He obtained his doctorate at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) on the topic of quantitative analysis of market dynamics in the global iron ore market.
