Luis Mesa

Profil
Mr. Mesa joined Shell Technology Ventures in 2005 and moved to Kenda Capital in 2007.
He has been Director of Thrubit and At Balance since their inception.
He has several years experience in international finance and management, 25 of them with Schlumberger in their different product lines (Dowell, Wireline, Sedco, Anadrill, Geco, OFS, and corporate), in a variety of worldwide assignments and roles such as Controller, Treasurer, and Chief of Internal Audit.
He also worked with Shell and Mobil in their downstream business prior to joining Schlumberger.
Whilst at Schlumberger, he worked in several acquisitions and divestments, was a key player in the teams that turned Anadrill and Geco into profitable product lines, and was also Controller of Oilfield Services, North and South America.
Mr. Mesa has a BA in Economics from Stanford University, and an MBA from ICMS.
He has also attended The Advance Business Management Course at Stanford, and participated in several courses in International Taxation and International Treasury.
