Luís Fernão de Moura Torres Souto

Luís Fernão Souto is currently Head of Private Equity Investment of Banif Capital SCR SA. and Executive Director of MCO2 - SGFIM, S.A.
and Floresta Atlântica - SGFII, S.A., both affiliated companies of Banif Investment Bank.
With over 15 years' experience in the asset management industry, prior to joining Banif Investment Bank, he worked as Head of Strategic Planning at ESAF - Espírito Santo Activos Financeiros and was former Secretary-General of the, APFIPP - Associação Portuguesa de Fundos de Investimento, Pensões e Patrimónios (Portuguese association of investment funds, pension funds and asset management).
Luís graduated with a degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and completed a post-graduate course in Markets and Financial Assets at ISCTE - Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa.
