Crossinvest SA (Crossinvest) is an independent, family-owned Swiss asset management firm which was established in 1985. Based in Lugano, the firm provides financial consulting services to high-net worth individuals and entrepreneurial families. They are a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers and provide a range of services including family continuity and wealth protection, research, analysis, advising and intermediation, access to alternative instruments, consolidation and account reporting, control of operating third parties through monitoring activities and selection of depositary banks. In 2007, Crossinvest obtained permission to engage in fund management under both Swiss and Luxembourg law.

Kairos Partners SGR SpA (Kairos) is an investment management firm headquartered in Milan, Italy. The firm was founded by Brera Guido Maria and Paolo Basilico in 1999. In 2024, Italy-based Anima Holding SpA (BIT: ANIM) acquired Kairos Partners SGR SpA from Kairos Investment Management SpA, a subsidiary of Julius Bär Gruppe AG (SWX: BAER) in Switzerland. Kairos offers a selected range of investment services and solutions for private customers, professional operators and institutional investors.
