Prior to joining Falconhead Capital, Ms. Anastos was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a leading international law firm with a premier private equity practice.
She represented numerous private equity clients in structuring leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital/growth equity investments.
While at Kirkland & Ellis, Ms. Anastos advised Falconhead Capital with respect to The Golf Warehouse, ESPN Classic Europe, and Maritime Telecommunications Network.
She received her JD from New York University School of Law & her BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
