Len H. Lillard

Mr. Len H.
Lillard is a Principal at Merit Capital Partners.
He joined Merit in 2006.
From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Lillard was a Co-Founder and Principal of WestCap Partners Private Equity Fund.
WestCap focused on acquiring lower middle-market companies with attractive growth prospects located in the Western United States.
From 1996 to 1998, he was a Director of Banc One Capital Partners where he established the firm’s Western Regional Office in Phoenix, Arizona.
Prior to that, he served nine years at Prudential Capital Corporation, an affiliate of the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
In these capacities, he invested over $1 billion in senior debt, mezzanine and equity securities.
He has served on the Board of Directors for Desert Plastics and Unique Home Design, Inc. He is also a Trustee and head of the Investment Committee for Phoenix Country Day School.
He serves on the Board of Directors for VXI Technology, Inc. Mr. Lillard is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received an MBA and BS from the University of Michigan where he was awarded an athletic scholarship to play varsity basketball.
