Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (Denmark) (SEB Denmark) is the Danish investment management division of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (ST: SEB.A,SEB.C) in Sweden. Established in 1999, SEB Denmark is based in Copenhagen. They merged with SEB AS in 2012 and provide banking, pension and credit card services to listed companies, major private companies and financial and public institutions including pension funds and regional / local authorities. SEB Denmark is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and cooperates with SEB Ethix SRI Advisors to ensure that work on responsible investment is done in a professional manner and employs active ownership to affect selected companies that do not meet the guidelines for environmental, social and corporate governance.

SEB Asset Management Bank A/S (SEB-AM), locally known as SEB Asset Management Fondmæglerselskab AS, is the wholly-owned, Denmark-based asset management subsidiary of SEB-Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SSE: SEB), in Sweden. The firm was established in 1999 and is located in Copenhagen. They provide investment management and financial advisory services to private individuals and institutions.
