Andrascik is an Associate in the finance and real estate group.
Her practice is focused in the areas of real estate finance and securitization.
She represents a national rating agency, issuers, master servicers, special servicers, borrowers, lenders and investors in transactions involving CMBS and CDO securitization, mezzanine financing, warehouse financing, subordinate and pari passu debt financing, equity financing, post-closing modifications, defeasance, work outs, affordable housing loan and new market tax credit program transactions.
In addition, she represents a national rating agency, servicers, lenders and counterparties in hedging transactions, including asset level and CMBS and CDO transaction hedging involving interest rate cap, interest rate swaps, currency swaps and total rate of return swaps.
She is active in the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association "CMSA" and serves on the CMSA Post Issuance and Investor Reporting Committee.
In addition, she serves on the ISDA Documentation Committee.
She received her B.A.
in 1997 from Shippensburg University and a J.D.
cum laude in 2000 from Villanova University School of Law.
