Kenneth J. Keeler

Ken Keeler is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager in Key Media & Telecommunications Finance and is responsible for managing the structuring/underwriting and the operations/client service teams at Key.
Ken is a 17-year veteran of Key and has served as a member of Key Media & Telecommunications Finance for 16 years.
Ken's 11-year tenure as a relationship manager, combined with his extensive knowledge of structuring and credit analysis, prepared him well to supervise the credit quality of the Media & Telecommunications portfolio.
Ken's duties include supervising the due diligence, structuring, and credit approval process.
Ken also oversees the documentation process, approving amendments and waivers, directing the operations team to handle client service needs, and providing support to the relationship managers.
Ken has volunteered on numerous projects serving the homeless over the last ten years and was awarded the American Red Cross 'Hero' Award in 2000 for his long-term commitment to teaching lifeskills to the homeless.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from John Carroll University in 1984 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University in 1989.
