Founded in 1932, Evergreen Investment Management Co., Inc. is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Boston. The firm is a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC). Evergreen provides services to the institutional marketplace including retirement plans, endowments, foundations and provides specialty applications for insurance companies, government entities and corporations. They offer a broad range of domestic, international and emerging markets equity, fixed-income and alternative investment strategies. Their products include mutual funds, institutional portfolios, alternative investments and separately managed accounts.
