John Burton has become chief accounting officer and controller of Power3 Medical Products, the proteomics company based in The Woodlands, Texas, said yesterday.
He replaces Michael Rosinski, who resigned as chief financial officer "to pursue other business opportunities," according to the company.
Burton comes to Power3 from Affiniscape, an Austin-based web site developer, where he was chief financial officer.
He holds an MBA and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Power3 said today that it has been delisted from the over-the-counter bulletin board.
