John A. Betzig

Betzig, Jr., is a Managing Director & Principal at American Real Estate Partners LLC.
Prior to joining American Real Estate Partners, Mr. Betzig was employed by Eastdil Secured as a Director from May 2000 through December.
From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Betzig was a Vice President at Rockwood Realty Associates in New York City where he was involved in over $2.5 billion in real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Betzig worked for Fosterlane Management Corporation from 1990 to 1993, the United States real estate investment and management arm of the Kuwait Investment Office, with more than $2.5 billion of institutional real estate under ownership in the early 1990's.
Mr. Betzig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iona College.
