Jennifer Payne

Ms. Payne has been with Republic since 2002, working three years in the Special Assets Group and then in the Structured Finance Group.
Recently joining the Private Equity Group as an analyst, Ms. Payne uses her strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving to structure investments and maximize business value.
Prior to joining Republic, Ms. Payne worked with U.S.
Bancorp in the Food and Agri-Business Group, underwriting and monitoring asset based and cash flow loans to leveraged middle market firms with average loan facilities of $25 million - $50 million.
Ms. Payne holds a BS in Business Administration from Regis University and is presently working towards her Master of Science in Management from Regis University.
