Jeffrey Owen

Mr. Owen is the Chief Accounting Officer of OFS Capital Corporation.
Mr. Owen also serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of OFS Capital Management, LLC.
Mr. Owen has over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting.
Prior to joining OFS Capital Management in November, 2015, Mr. Owen served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting for Northern Trust Corporation.
Before joining Northern Trust Corporation in 2010, he held various positions at Aon Corporation, Web Street, Inc., CNA Financial Corporation, and Ernst & Young LLP, a national public accounting firm.
Mr. Owen holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Business Administration, cum laude, from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Owen is also a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder
