HSBC Private Wealth Managers SA (HSBC-PWM) is the wholly-owned private banking subsidiary of HSBC Global Asset Management (France) SA, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of London-based HSBC Holdings plc (LSE: HSBA; NYSE: HBC). Established in 1990, the firm was formerly known as Louvre Gestion SA. HSBC-PWM specializes in mutual fund management and in fund selection for multimanager strategies, and in asset management for high-net worth individuals and institutions. They operate in close relationship with HSBC's private banking entities worldwide, as well as with HSBC Global Asset Management and HSBC Alternative Investment Ltd. The firm is based in Paris and provides access to a range of financial products and investment management services including asset allocation, portfolio advisory, discretionary management and wealth management.

DWS Investments (France) SA (DWS-F) is the Paris-based French branch of DWS Investment GmbH (DWS). DWS is the mutual fund management arm of Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM), which is the global asset management division of Deutsche Bank AG (NY: DB). DWS-F was established in 2002 through the merger of Gestion Privée Worms and Deutsche Asset Management SA. DWS-F manages mutual funds and offers asset management services to institutional and retail clients.
