Jay J. Eisner

Mr. Jay J.
Eisner, CPA, is Partner at LEM Mezzanine, Inc. He is also co-founder of LEM Mezzanine.
Prior to co-founding LEM Mezzanine in 2002, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of a publicly-traded commercial mortgage REIT and the Chief Financial Officer of three real estate investment and finance companies.
He began his career with Touche, Ross and Company where he was a Certified Public Accountant and Supervisor.
Mr. Eisner graduated from Rutgers College with his BA in Business Administration and is Certified Public Accountant.
