Jared Adam Vest

Mr. Jared A.
Vest is Vice President at Lufkin Advisors LLC.
He has over ten years experience analyzing, trading, and managing structured credit products.
He is currently responsible for the analysis and trading of Structured Products for the Investment Manager.
Mr. Vest served as a Portfolio Manager for BlueMountain Capital in charge of Structured Credit Products.
While there, he oversaw the creation of BlueMountain's CLO analytics system, and was charged with creating and implementing long/short and relative value trading strategies, utilizing both cash and CDS investments.
Prior to BlueMountain he was Co-Head of Structured Products at Coast Asset Management where he was responsible for the hedging and management of over $1.25 billion of CLO securities in both CLO^2 and hedge fund vehicles.
Additionally, he was responsible for the issuance and management of Coast's CFO vehicles, totaling over $1.85 billion.
Mr. Vest has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating on international finance, and financial derivatives from the University of Southern California.
