Jane Newell

Jane Newell is a Non-Executive Director of Synesis Life Ltd.
and Chairman of the Royal Mail Pension Plan as well as the DSGi Group Retirement and Employee Security Scheme.
She is Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governors of London for South Bank University and Vice President of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Ms. Newell was a Non-Executive Director of United Utilities from 1996 to 2006 and an Independent Trustee of the GlaxoSmithKline Pension Fund from 1994 to 2004.
She was appointed as Chairman of the Maxwell Pensioners Trust and Maxwell Pensioners Charitable Trust in 1995.
