James R. Wyatt

Mr. Wyatt is currently with Ziegler Capital Management, LLC and has extensive investment brokerage and investment banking experience with related divisions of The Ziegler Companies, Inc. He, the former manager of healthcare underwritings for Ziegler's regional office in Wisconsin, has served as lead banker in the acquisition, underwriting, and structuring of health care and senior living capital financing projects throughout the country.
Mr. Wyatt received a B.B.A.
from the University of Wisconsin and has Series 7 – General Securities, Series 24 – Principal and Series 65 – Uniform Investment Advisory Law Credentials.
He has been a frequent speaker at HFMA and AAHSA seminars.
