James M. Blake

Mr. Blake brought 31 years’ experience as a Canadian equity manager with National Life to the position of Vice President, Canadian Equities.
His career has included administrative and investment responsibility for a wide range of assets, including mortgages, money market, bonds, and U.S.
& Canadian equities.
As a member of the Canadian Equity Team, Mr. Blake is knowledgeable in all sectors of the TSX.
In his capacity as Vice President, Canadian Equities, Mr. Blake participates in the overall investment strategy developed by the Canadian Equity team and is a senior member of the asset mix committee.
Mr. Blake completed his CFA in 1982 and his F.L.M.I.
in 1988.
