O'Connell is the Head of Client Services & Hedge Fund Sales at Armajaro Asset Management LLP.
He joined Armajaro in June 2010 from Tisbury Capital, a former $3bn event driven house, where he had been Head of Sales and Investor Relations.
Prior to joining Tisbury in early 2008, he had spent almost eight years at Deutsche Bank within Debt Capital Markets and more recently the Hedge Fund Capital Group after completing their graduate programme in 2000.
Mr. O'Connell has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.
