Prior to joining Hamilton Capital Management in October 2003, Mr. Young was employed as an Attorney & Partner by Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP, where he specialized in planning for individuals, businesses and charitable entities with emphasis on tax and estate planning, retirement and executive compensation plans, charitable giving and business strategy, headed ERISA group with responsibility for design, establishment and compliance for the qualified retirement plans of over 200 clients as well as many executive compensation plans, and served as trustee of the firm’s own qualified retirement plan, chairing the plan’s administration committee and serving on its investment committee.
He also served on the board at Advantage Bank and Camco Financial Corp.
He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University and his JD from Columbia University.
He is also a Certified Financial Planner.
