Headquartered in Paris, the firm was founded in 1984 and provides a full range of active fixed-income and equity expertise, along with tailored insurance investment management solutions and alternative strategies for institutional clients, individual investors and distributors. In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris.
