Horne Rick

Rick Horne is AHP’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Previously, Rick was Deputy General Counsel at AssuredIM (previously known as BlueMountain Capital Management) where he counseled AHP on all legal, structuring and tax planning aspects of their investments.
Rick has provided integrated support of AHP’s execution activities since inception of the healthcare strategy at BlueMountain.
Rick joined BlueMountain Capital Management in May 2013 from the law firm of Lowenstein Sandler LLP where he was a partner in the New York tax practice.
Mr. Horne received a B.A.
from the University of Michigan in Economics, a LL.M.
in taxation from New York University, and a J.D.
from Hofstra University School of Law.
