Kestrel Partners LLP (Kestrel) is an investment manager and holding firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was co-founded by Ari Zaphiriou-Zarifi, Max Royde and Oliver Scott in 2009. Kestrel provides investment management services to Kestrel Opportunities Fund (KOF), a US domiciled Special Purpose Vehicle, and separately managed accounts. Managed account services are offered to institutional investors, US high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Tredje AP-fonden (AP3) is the Swedish government-owned pension fund management firm which was founded in 2001 to act as a buffer by using their capital to fund future pension payments and to generate investment returns to finance the Swedish pension system.
