Gilberto H. Gonzalez

Gilberto H.
Gonzalez has been one of our directors since February 2003.
He currently serves as Chairman of Evergreen Business Group, LLC, a company involved in real estate marketing, investing and development, and as Chairman of Select Capital Group, a financial services company.
Beginning in 1970, He has worked in the agricultural chemical business in various executive capacities in sales and marketing.
Most recently, He served as Executive Vice President of Micro Flo Company, an agricultural chemical production company, from 1991 to 1999, and Regional Sales Manager from 1985 to 1989.
From 1970 to 1985, He worked for Helena Chemical Company in a variety of managerial roles, most notably Division Manager of the Midwest and Northcentral Divisions, and as Director of the Andean Block for Vertac International, an international division of Helena.
Mr. Gonzalez received a B.S.
degree in Agricultural Business and Economics from Texas A&M University.
