Friedman David

David is Managing Director of Warwick Capital Group, LLC.
Prior to joining Warwick he ran Rockridge Capital Holdings, LLC for ten years.
Rockridge is the family investment office for the late Frederick DeLuca (Founder of Subway Restaurants).
In that capacity David designed investment strategies, structured, negotiated, executed and oversaw direct private equity investments and managed investment, trust, legal, banking, and tax relationships.
David held a number of board, trustee, and executive committee positions with Rockridge’s companies and investment holdings.
Prior to his tenure with Rockridge, David started his career at GE Capital and held a number of positions with various public and private companies in investment banking, private equity, operational finance, corporate development, and investor relations.
He received a BSBA from Western New England College in Finance and Economics.
