Lampl has been a Director of Mills Corp.
since November 2004.
Until his retirement in 1999, he was the President and Chairman of Bovis Lend Lease, a global construction and management corporation.
He currently holds the honorary position of Life President of Bovis Lend Lease.
He served for 20 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Group, project and construction management company.
He was instrumental in building Bovis' international reputation and expansion through acquisitions in the U.S.
and the establishment of subsidiaries in Europe, South Africa, Latin America, Asia and Australia.
