He joined the Mentor Group in 2001 as a Consultant.
Mr. Hough was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. Mr. Hough has served as a Senior Financial Consultant for Custom Industries, Inc. in 2004.
From 2002 to 2004, he served as a Senior Financial Consultant of Wolverine Energy Corporation in East Lansing, Michigan.
Mr. Hough received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1973 and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California in 1974.
