Frank Cartolano

Mr. Frank Cartolano is Vice President at Greenfield Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Greenfield Partners in 2007, Mr. Cartolano spent ten years in the real estate group at the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where he represented a variety of Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real property assets.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, he was an associate at the law firm of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine LLP, where he represented closely-held corporations and high net worth individuals in commercial real estate investments.
Prior to joining Donovan Leisure, he spent seven years as an Urban Planner with the New York City Department of City Planning, where he prepared planning and zoning reports and drafted zoning regulations.
Mr. Cartolano received his JD from New York University Master of Urban Planning, Columbia University, School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation BA form Fordham University New York University Real Estate Institute.
