Prior to joining Sterling in 2008, she spent 15 years at Mesirow Financial as Senior Vice President in the commercial real estate division where she served as its senior-most operations manager.
In addition to a broad-based real estate background including development, portfolio management and acquisition/disposition, she was also responsible for Mesirow's contract administration, outsourcing, procurement and purchasing for its $1 billion real estate portfolio.
Ms. Beard received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
