Florian Reiff

Florian Reiff is responsible for leading Tishman Speyer’s business in Germany, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management activities.
Over the last several years he has led the growth of the firm’s German business in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, in addition to entering Vienna, Austria.
He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to his current position, he was Germany co-head and responsible for European portfolio management.
Previously, Florian worked in the Emerging Markets Group in New York, where he helped launch the firm’s investment activity in China and India.
Before joining Tishman Speyer in 1998, he was a development manager of ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H.
in Berlin, the leading shopping center developer in Germany.
He holds an MS in civil engineering and business management from the Technical University of Berlin and an MBA from Columbia University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma
