The Treasury segment involves in the management of money market, foreign exchange, commission rate trading and derivatives for corporate and institutional customers, as well as responsible for funding of operations, maintenance liquidity and management of investment portfolio and statements of financial position. The Investment Banking segment refers to the investment management services and asset management activities related to dealing, managing, arranging, advising, and custody businesses. The company was founded on February 12, 1980 and is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
