Mr. Evgeny Dumalkin has been the member of Altimo team since 2005.
In that role, he has been responsible for different communication areas including media and government relations in markets such as the UK and Nordic region to Vietnam and Indonesia.
He has played an important role in the growth of the Altimo brand and the success of the group’s Foundation.
In addition, he has been actively involved in Company’s M&A projects in Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Cambodia, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan and other countries.
Prior to joining Altimo, Evgeny had a 5-year diplomatic career, serving as the head of protocol section/press-attache of Russian Embassy in Latvia and assistant to the MFA 2nd European Department’s Director.
Evgeny Dumalkin is a graduate of Moscow State Institute for International Relations (2000).
