Ernie Garrett

Mr. Ernie Garrett is Vice President of Investment Services at Towneley Capital Management, Inc. He oversees all investment services including portfolio management and administration, performance measurement, trading and research.
He leads research related to global equity and fixed income mutual funds.
He also conducts both client-specific and broad-based analyses that contribute to Towneley’s unique investment strategies and services.
His research is distilled in the charts and graphs that accompany Towneley’s presentations to clients.
He serves as Towneley’s liaison to an array of mutual fund companies, a role that deepens his already-expert understanding of the various funds and their managers.
He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is active in its Orange County Chapter.
Mr. Garrett earned his M.A.
in Economics at California State University, Fullerton.
He became a Certified Financial Planner in 2004.
