Eli Robert Barasch

Mr. Robert (Eli) Barasch has been involved in numerous venture capital investments, representing both companies and investors and has participated in major M&A transactions and IPOs.
Mr. Barasch has also prepared commercial agreements and SEC disclosure documents on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Infinity, Mr. Barasch served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Nasdaq-NM listed MIND C.T.I.
Ltd.
and was an associate in the international/hi-tech department of Fischer, Behar, Chen & Co. Robert is a member of the Israel Bar Association and has qualified for the bar in Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Barasch has a B.A.
from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario.
