Nichols has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Portland General Electric Co. since May 1, 2001.
Previously, he served as Acting Deputy General Counsel of Portland General Electric from February 2001 to May 2001 and as Assistant General Counsel from May 1991 to February 2001.
From June 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Nichols served as General Counsel of Portland General Holdings, Inc.
