Douglas Haynes

Mr. Haynes is a founding partner of Metamorphic, is the co-managing partner for SFH, LLC, a holding company with interests in private equity investments, which he co-founded with Alexander Von Summer.
He is also the managing partner for CRESA Partners, NJ, a corporate real estate services advisory and brokerage firm.
As managing principal, Mr. Haynes is responsible for the firm's client service, new business development and public relations programs.
After graduating from Connecticut College with a B.A., he began his career with Travelers (now Citigroup), where he worked in the real estate investment division, in charge of mortgage and equity investments for Northern New Jersey.
In 1982 he began working with Alexander Summer, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate development and brokerage firm, and was appointed President in 1994.
In September 2001, the corporate service division of Alexander Summer, LLC was spun off and merged with CRESA Partners.
Mr. Haynes is currently co-chair for The Trust for Public Land's New Jersey Advisory Council.
He holds the National Association of Realtors CCIM designation for commercial property investment, and is also a member of CoreNet Global, a corporate real estate organization.
