Denyse Kasprzak

Ms. Denyse Kasprzak is a Director at Desjardins Capital de risque, Inc. Ms. Kasprzak has been with Desjardins Capital de risque since January 2005.
After holding various positions as a consultant in both human resources and industrial relations at the National Bank of Canada, Ms. Kasprzak was appointed to the post of Ombudsman.
Subsequently, while still with the Bank, she rose to management positions within human resources.
In 1998 she joined the Confédération des caisses populaires et d’économie Desjardins du Québec as human resources manager, and in June 2001 was named manager of human resources at the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec.
Ms. Kasprzak holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Université de Montréal.
She is also a chartered consultant (CRIA) of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agéés du Québec (ORHRI) (Québec Order of Chartered Consultants in Human Resources and Industrial Relations).
