Dennis D. Spice

Mr. Spice is a Founding Partner and Managing Member of Open Prairie Ventures.
He serves as a Board Member or an observer for the following company boards: Infoblox, Cernium, Inc., and Innovative Security Systems, Inc. all portfolio companies of the Fund.
Mr. Spice is also Managing Director and Co-Founder of Agrarian Capital, LLC.
In addition, he is Co-Founder of harVestco Agricultural Properties, LLC, a Midwest based alternative asset management firm which specializes in unique farm and ranch properties, which was formed in 1997.
He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Institutional Advisors, Ltd.
a consulting firm that he began in 1995 which focuses on small and medium size businesses in the United States.
