David Pearce

Mr. David Pearce is a Fund Manager at Nuveen Real Estate Management Ltd.
He is responsible for overseeing all investment, development and asset management activities for a specific fund.
Prior to joining TH Real Estate in December 2014, he was a Director at CBRE Global Investors, where he gained a wide breadth of experience working on the property fund management of a number of the firm’s segregated pension fund accounts during his eight years at the company.
Mr. Pearce also took part in the CBRE Global Investor’s Global Transfer Program and spent seven months in the Head Office in Los Angeles working on the Strategic Partners Fund Series, where he was involved in transactional work and implementing asset management initiatives.
He started his career as a Surveyor at Savills.
Mr. Peace received his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England in 2002 and a Master’s in Real Estate from Reading University.
