David Blue

David is a founding partner of Blue Road.
Prior to Blue Road, David was the General Counsel and member of the investment team of the Ospraie Special Opportunities Fund, where David was involved in all aspects of the investment process as well as the monitoring of portfolio companies.
David served as an associate general counsel at Millennium Partners LP from 2006-2007.
From 2005-2006, he was a senior counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.
Prior to that, he was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins in the private equity group.
David received a J.D.
from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S.
in Accounting from St. John’s University.
He has passed the Certified Public Accountant exam as well as the Series 7 and 63 exams.
