Nordea Bank ABP (Broker) (Nordea Bank-Broker) is the Sweden-based broker/dealer division of Nordea Bank ABP (HEL: NDA-FI; OTCMKTS: NRDBY) in Finland. Headquartered in Stockholm, Nordea Bank-Broker was founded in 2001 and provides trading and execution services to various types of investors.

Nordea Investment Management AB (NIM) is the Swedish investment management subsidiary of Nordea Asset Management Holding AB, itself a subsidiary of Nordea Bank ABp (HEL: NDA-FI, ADR: NRBAY) in Finland. Founded in 1954 as Merita Nordbanken Investment Management, the firm became Nordea Investment Management AB in 2001 when the Nordea name, an abbreviation of Nordic ideas, replaced Unibank, Nordbanken, Merita and Christiania Bank in a joint renaming operation. Headquartered in Stockholm, NIM manages a range of Swedish funds including pension funds, hedge funds, Luxembourg-domiciled SICAVs and funds registered in other Nordic countries for institutional clients.

In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
